General Return Information
Customer satisfaction has highest priority at Absolutely Belle. We are committed to providing best quality products and services to our customers. Any inconvenience that may occur shall be resolved together with the customer. If you are unhappy with your product, we offer a 100 days full refund policy starting from the date you received your order.
To qualify for a full refund, your item(s) must be:
- Returned to us within 100 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Returned with the tags, packaging, packing slip and gifts/merchandise (if applicable) in their original condition.
- Returned in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, and free of any smells or stains.
Our 100 days Return Policy is not a product guarantee. All items must be returned in unused and resalable condition as stated above. We will not refund and/or replace items that have been used or have defects due to use.
Please note that final sale items do not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded. Final sale items include all promotional sale items, discounted items and all other items marked with “final sale” on the product or checkout page.
All returns must be authorized by Customer Service. Absolutely Belle is not responsible for lost, misrouted, or damaged returns. Any Item(s) returned to us after 100 days from the date of receiving the order cannot be processed. We reserves the right to reject any returning item(s) that are not authorized by Customer Service or that do not comply with our Return Policy. Rejected item(s) will be sent back to the original shipping address at the expense of the customer. In order to avoid this, please contact Customer Service first to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return. We are happy to help and assist you.
To return your item(s), simply contact Customer Service and let us know that you would like to make a return. The Customer Service will then check your request and assist you in the further proceedings. Returns are simple and straightforward, and we will make the process as convenient as possible for you.
All refunds are processed via the original payment method. Any conversion rate fees paid by the customer during the original purchase and during the refund transaction are non-refundable. Exchange rate fluctuations – if any – can work in your favor or against you. Absolutely Belle will not process any refunds until the item(s) are returned back to us and approved by the quality control team. Promotion code discounts are non-refundable. In case of returned item(s) where a promotion code was used during the checkout process, the promotion code value will be proportionally split across the ordered items to calculate the refund value of your returned item(s).
We do not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any unwanted item(s). We advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item(s).
No Refund of Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Any customs duties and import taxes paid by the customer are beyond our control and will not be refunded by us. Please contact your local customs office for further information on the custom and excise tax policies of your country.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Next, our quality control team will inspect your item(s) and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method as soon as possible. Please note that the entire process can take up to 10 business days.
Frequent returns made from the same customer and/or the same delivery address will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our Return Policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of refusing a customer and/or canceling future orders.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item(s)
If you believe an item to be damaged, defective or incorrect, please get in touch with Customer Service as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If claims deemed an error on our part we will gladly cover all your expenses and replace the item(s) if possible, or alternatively offer you a full refund.
Return to Sender Refunds
For all RTS (Return to Sender) returns, when a package is refused or an incorrect address is supplied at checkout, the customer will be held responsible to pay all RTS shipping costs back to Absolutely Belle plus any applicable customs duties, import taxes or any other charges. The total RTS shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Absolutely Belle will not process any refunds until the item(s) are returned back to our facility.
General Return Clause
Absolutely Belle reserves the right to reject any returns in its sole discretion, and particularly if it suspects that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation that are against our policies and terms. Returns that do not respect our policies and terms may be sent back to the original shipping address at the expense of the customer. If any matters of liability arise, they will be dealt with and settled between the seller (Absolutely Belle Ltd.) and the customer directly. The Terms and Conditions of Absolutely Belle apply.
